TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Process

 

  1. Submit an Estimate Form and provide RV or Campervan photos and relevant documentation. One of our qualified technicians will then contact you to set up a consultation either by phone or in-person.  
  2. Receive and approve the estimate for the proposed solar system installation. Pay the deposit and schedule a date to drop off the RV or Campervan at our Loveland, Colorado service shop. If our mobile service is requested, our technician will contact you for scheduling and to discuss the surcharge.    
  3. Drop-off your RV or Campervan at our Loveland, Colorado service shop on the scheduled drop-off date and time. 
  4. Once the installation is completed, we will schedule a pick-up date and time.  One of our qualified technicians will review and inspect the new solar system with you and answer any questions regarding its proper use.  
  5. We require final payment at the time of pick-up.  


 All supplies and components for the professional installation will be ordered by Max-Terra through our partners.  All components purchased by Max-Terra for each customized job will be billed at the manufacturer's suggested retail price.  Sales tax will be applied to all component purchases. Fill out our Estimate Form to let us know how we can serve your RV and Campervan Solar needs.

Our Service Rates and Fees

  

  • Shop Rates - $150.00 per hour 
  • Mobile Service Rates - $200 per hour
  • Design, Diagnostics & Consulting Services Fees - $150.00 per hour  - $600.00 Minimum

  • A 50% deposit is due upon the placement of the work order.
  • The remaining 50% balance and any additional fees are due upon completion of all work and before taking possession of the RV or camper.
  • We accept ACH bank transfer payments, cashier's checks, cash, and all major credit cards.

Max-Terra offers a 100% refund of the deposit, provided the work is cancelled no later than 30 days prior to the day the installation is scheduled to begin.  

We custom order solar parts and components for each work order. In order to receive the parts and components on time from the manufacturer, the orders must be placed 30 days ahead of the scheduled work.  Once the parts and components are ordered, it is no longer possible to return them to the suppliers.  Therefore, any cancellation within 30 days of scheduled work will result in a 50% cancellation fee applied to the submitted deposit. The remaining 50% of the deposit will be refunded to customer within 2 weeks of order cancellation via check or ACH bank transfer.

 We provide a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on all RV and camper Solar Systems installed by Max-Terra.  All parts and components we order to complete the job carry a Limited Warranty through the original manufacturer.
