RV Solar Systems are designed based on the size of your RV, size of your RV electric system and estimated off-grid energy consumption. Below are several system guidelines to help you navigate what is the most appropriate RV Solar System for you.

1. 200W - 600W Solar System is suitable to Campervans and small Class B RVs. This system will provide enough power to support all 12V and some small 110V RV appliances.
2. 800W - 1200W Solar System is suitable for Campervans, Class B and C RVs and Travel Trailers. This system will comfortably run all 12V and most 110V RV appliances. This system will provide 2-4 hours of continuous AC operation.
3. 1,200W - 1,600W Solar System is suitable for Class C RVs, 5th Wheel and Travel Trailers. This system will comfortably run all 12V and 110V RV appliances. This system will provide 6-8 hours of continuous AC operation.
4. 2,000W - 3,000W Solar System is suitable for 5th Wheel Campers, Large Travel Trailers and Class A Motorhomes. This system will comfortably run all 12V and 110V RV appliances. This system will provide 8-12 hours of continuous AC operation.

1. Submit an Estimate Form and provide RV or Campervan photos and relevant documentation. One of our qualified technicians will then contact you to set up a consultation either by phone or in-person.  
2. Receive and approve the estimate for the proposed solar system installation. Pay the deposit and schedule a date to drop off the RV or Campervan at our Loveland, Colorado service shop. If our mobile service is requested, our technician will contact you for scheduling of the Solar System installation.    
3. Drop-off your RV or Campervan at our Loveland, Colorado service shop on the scheduled drop-off date and time. We offer mobile installation services within 100 miles of our Loveland, CO office and service shop.
4. Once the installation is completed, we will schedule a pick-up date and time.  One of our qualified technicians will review and inspect the new solar system with you and answer any questions regarding its proper use.  

Yes, we allow customers who travel from out town/state to stay in their RVs and Campers for the duration of the installation. As a courtesy we provide 30A/50A plug in electric service and potable water. Contact our office for more information.

Average installation time varies from 2  to 5 business days.

• A 50% deposit is due upon the placement of the work order.
• The remaining 50% balance and any additional fees are due upon completion of all work and before taking possession of the RV or camper.
• We accept ACH bank transfer payments, cashier's checks, cash, and all major credit cards. 

 Max-Terra offers a 100% refund of the deposit, provided the work is cancelled no later than 30 days prior to the day the installation is scheduled to begin.  

We custom order solar parts and components for each work order. In order to receive the parts and components on time from the manufacturer, the orders must be placed 30 days ahead of the scheduled work.  Once the parts and components are ordered, it is no longer possible to return them to the suppliers.  Therefore, any cancellation within 30 days of scheduled work will result in a 50% cancellation fee applied to the submitted deposit. The remaining 50% of the deposit will be refunded to customer within 2 weeks of order cancellation via check or ACH bank transfer.

 We provide a Lifetime Limited Workmanship Warranty on all RV and camper Solar Systems installed by Max-Terra.  All parts and components we order to complete the job carry a Limited Warranty through the original manufacturer.
