Our Process
Our office and service shop are located in Loveland, Colorado. The majority of our RV and Campervan Solar System installations are performed in our service shop. Additionally, we operate a mobile service unit fully equipped to perform complete RV and Campervan Solar System installations at the customer's desired location, provided it is within 70 miles of our service shop. All mobile installations are subject to an additional surcharge.
Our RV and camper Solar System installation process:
- Submit an Estimate Form and provide RV or Campervan photos and relevant documentation. One of our qualified technicians will then contact you to set up a consultation either by phone or in-person.
- Receive and approve the estimate for the proposed solar system installation. Pay the deposit and schedule a date to drop off the RV or Campervan at our Loveland, Colorado service shop. If our mobile service is requested, our technician will contact you for scheduling and to discuss the surcharge.
- Drop-off your RV or Campervan at our Loveland, Colorado service shop on the scheduled drop-off date and time.
- Once the installation is completed, we will schedule a pick-up date and time. One of our qualified technicians will review and inspect the new solar system with you and answer any questions regarding its proper use.
- We require final payment at the time of pick-up.
Max-Terra Solar Solutions does not install customer-supplied parts and components. All supplies and components for the professional installation will be ordered by Max-Terra through our partners. Package Services
Our RV and Campervan Solar System package service includes complete design, supply, and installation of all components. We encourage our customers to select one of our pre-designed Solar Kits packages, which we customize to meet the RV and Campervan system requirements. Pricing and options are listed for each package. All components purchased by Max-Terra for each job will be billed at the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Sales tax will be applied to all component purchases. Custom Solar Kits and Components Installation Services
We welcome custom orders and are happy to build and install any desired Solar Kits and Components. Our Custom Installation Service is based on time and materials. Our shop rate is $180.00 per hour with a minimum of $1,440.00 per custom order. All components purchased by Max-Terra for each customized job will be billed at the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Sales tax will be applied to all component purchases. Mobile Services
We offer complete mobile installation service within 70 miles of our service shop in Loveland, Colorado. For all RV and Campervan Solar System package installations we charge an additional $200.00 per day mobile service fee. For all mobile custom solar installations and repairs we charge $200.00 per hour with a minimum of $1,600.00 service fee. All components purchased by Max-Terra for each job will be billed at the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Sales tax will be applied to all component purchases. Repair Services
We provide in-shop and mobile repair services for all RV and Campervan Solar Systems. In-shop and mobile service fees apply. Design, Diagnostics & Consulting Services
We provide Design, Diagnostics and Consulting services for new and existing RV and Campervan Solar Systems. Our fee is $150.00 per hour with $600.00 minimum service fee. Visit our Terms and Conditions page for more information.
RV and Camper Appliance Installation
As a DOMETIC certified dealer and installer, we supply and install DOMETIC RV and camper roof vents, awnings, air conditioning units and refrigerators. In-shop and mobile service fees apply.
